Enpee International School Karaikal, celebrates 74th Independence day.

The Principal hoisted the National flag which was followed by Tamizh Thai vazthu and Flag song.

The Principal addressed the gathering that we all should feel proud to be an Indian and admire our fortune that we were born on the land of an Independent India.

It was the sacrifice of lives of many freedom fighters and several decades of struggle from 1857 to 1947.

Some of the great freedom fighters of India are Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Jawahar Lal Nehru, Mahatma Gandhiji, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, LalaBhagat Singh, Khudi Ram Bose and Chandra Sekhar Azad and many others.

They were famous patriots who struggled hard for the freedom of India till the end of their life.

We can't imagine the sufferings faced by our forefathers.

Considering the Pandemic situation and adhiring government rules, we were able to celebrate the pride moment with restricted gathering.

Social distancing was maintained.

After National anthem, as a token of celebration, sweets were distributed to all.
