ENPEE International is an initiative of The National Pharma Group,started as a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit in Thanjavur in 1967, with a single allopathic formulation “MALVIRONE” in a syrup base, containing Malt, Iron, Vitamins A and D3 as a haematinic tonic, meant for children and adults. It earned a good name in the market immediately.
Currently the company has around 40 products in its manufacturing line, patronized by the medical community and consumers not only in India, but also in South East Asian Countries.
It has established a manufacturing unit in Malacca, Malaysia, for manufacturing herbal products. It is a first of its kind association for a unit in Tamilnadu.
Founded by Mr. L. Kamal Batcha, National Pharma has won several prestigious National and International Awards, including the Jamnalal Bajaj Merit Certificate.

The NATIONAL PHARMA HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE
This Multi-Speciality Hospital, with umbilical connection to the NATIONAL PHARMA, the manufacturing unit, came into being in a modern green campus on the Vallam Road, Thanjavur in 2010. Medical services were started from January, 2011.
Functioning under the experienced eyes of its illustrious Founder, Rtn. PHF. Hajee L. Kamal Batcha, the Hospital provides tertiary care with facilities on par with any Corporate Hospital in the country. It is the fulfilment of his long cherished vision to offer affordable care through 24 hours to the community.
The Hospital is managed by a team of professionals with Prof. Dr. K.Mujibur Rahman, M.D., as the Managing Director and Prof. Dr.K. Mohamed Ali, M.D., as the Director. They are both experienced medical consultants having handled challenging cases, as well as enthusiastic teachers of medicine.
A separate Nursing and Paramedical Institute recognized by the Indian Medical Association is functioning from the same complex. Nursing, Lab Technician, OT Technician, FNA/MNA courses etc., are made available to prospective candidates to cater to the needs of the health care industry.
The hospital provides super speciality services with a wide spectrum of services providing Tertiary Health Care covering most Medical and Surgical departments . It also recognised by Tamil Nadu Government to provide health care services to the needy patients through CMCHIS, Government Employees and Retired employees schemes and it is also a recognised RENAL TRANSPLANT CENTER.
